Originally recruited to rebuild the marketing department and assumed additional responsibility for operations and business development with this technology consulting and training firm. Lead marketing strategy, provide oversight for agency relationship and manage a small team of program management and project management professionals focused on brand management, digital marketing, communications, content and events. Additionally manage business development and realizes opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Conceptualized, bid out and managed all aspects of a 20-month tear-down and reconstruction of a new single-family residence including budget, acquisition, design, city approvals/design review, planning and construction. Led rigorous RFP and selection process for architect, structural engineer and general contractor. Provided daily oversight of contractors, schedules, inspections, and budget, mitigating issues in real time. Performed in-depth research and analysis of all building categories from foundation to roof, including drainage, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, insulation, drywall, trim, lighting, energy efficiency, windows, hardware, etc.
