In this role i am responsible for all ESG related matters within the group together with the ESG Director, including: - Conducting full GHG inventory across scope 1, 2 and 3 in a global tech company. - Outlining a reduction roadmap towards a net zero goal together with a 3rd party. - Quarterly reporting to investors across scope 1 and 2. - Writing the yearly sustainability report together with a 3rd party. - Yearly reporting to CDP and UNGC. - Implementation and maintenance of the companys carbon accounting tool (Persefoni). - Steering global DEI initiatives in collaboration with P&C teams. - Outlining company policies on ESG, DEI, Anti-Corruption, CoC, etc. - Preparing for upcoming reporting e.g. on CSRD and EU Taxonomy eligibility. - Close collaboration with investors on steering the ESG agenda and aligning expectations. - Internal communication on ESG. - Following and delivering on groupwide ESG strategy and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining a framework for Performance Management and employee development. - Outlining and revising employee satisfaction surveys. - Updating and implementing new HR policies e.g. revised parental leave plan. - Managing employer branding activities (LinkedIn, career page, etc.). - Assisting the HR Director in change management. - Assisiting in implementation of new HRIS (Sympa HR). - HR M&A: supported onboarding of employees from acquisitions. - Project lead for the company’s first carbon baseline and reduction roadmap, linking sustainability with employee engagement. - Writing annual sustainability report and coordinated SDG-related initiatives.
- Supporting full employee lifecycle e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee development, off-boarding. - Developing new MUS concept in the Nordics. - Everything relating to HR Administration. - Point of contact for employees with HR-related inquiries. - Managing HR administration and employee data. - Strengthening employer branding activities. - Planning company events.
- Assisting the HR team on all things HR administration. - Planning and attending career fairs and company events. - Attending global life science conferences around Europe.
