As an Systems Administrator, I'm primarily responsible for leading and managing all functions related to the maintenance and administration of computer-based equipment (desktops, laptops, AWS Workspaces, etc.) of end users. Understand requirements and build the template to ensure it adheres to the principle of least privilege. Establishment of Access Template Structure, Obtaining Approvals from Senior Leaders (Executive, Operational and Deputy Manager). -Provisioning access to applications within our SLA -Handling ad hoc incidents and support requests -Process daily users’ onboarding,terminations, transfers and changes. -Incorporating process changes -Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary to Tier 3 Support -Participate in user acceptance testing for new IAM capabilities -Respond to requests from audit with direction from management -Understanding and working queue and escalations, Research and troubleshoot access problems and completing tickets and tasks within ServiceNow. -Contribute to building process expertise and ownership of application access approval. -Update and/or draft process documents on a periodic basis for relevant applications and areas of responsibility. Provisioning access for more than 200+ applications (i.e. drive and mailboxes access, mainframes, AD (active directory), Unix servers, Promina lotus notes, Microsoft exchange and alike). Ensure that access is given accurately and appropriately based on the request specifically for creation accounts of new users, modification access of existing users, transfer to a new role or department and termination access of employee.
