Responsible for Growth and Innovation Strategy of the Transportation and Advanced Polymer Business (>$5.6Bn) in the downstream Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, Electronic and Healthcare markets. Lead the AHEAD platform to Accelerate Hybrid-Electric Autonomous Driving across DuPont.

Global customer and team engagement, active promotional lead at key trade shows, media. Launched Carbon Fiber Composite growth platform and supported Plastic divestiture.
Accelerated STRADFOAM part business in EU, led development of new offering – branded IMPAXX - using Design For Six Sigma principles and extensive customer VOC. Set up business model, branding, supply with asset partner, contract manufacturing. Played P/L-market manager-procurement and sales role for EA countermeasures.
Developed new to market CAE capabilities and methodologies for STRANDFOAM part business (USA, EU and Asia), Learned global cultures and people management (reports in different Geos), papers-conference presentations, granted Patents on Energy Management
