I’m a proven leader with deep experience across presales, operations, and AI. I’ve built and scaled data-driven sales organizations, leading initiatives that span go-to-market strategy, AI adoption, internal productivity tools, and analytics platforms. I’ve worked across most of the business units at MDB, managing teams and driving execution across these initiatives end to end. I operate at both the strategic and execution levels, setting direction while also performing the work to deliver results. Scaled a global presales organization from 40 to 400+, expanding coverage and accelerating revenue growth. Led presales operations and analytics to improve forecasting, efficiency, and execution, while partnering closely with product and engineering on AI and sales automation initiatives. Built internal tools, including distributed load testing frameworks that influenced $50M+ in ARR, and developed data marts and executive dashboards to track key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making. Owned and grew enterprise relationships with customers such as JPMorgan, Cigna, and PwC, while coaching and enabling Solution Architects through structured training and in-cycle support. Also shaped GTM messaging for the AI data platform and established the Global Field CTO function to elevate executive engagement and better align presales with broader business priorities.
