Foxtel offers a comprehensive set of premium video services delivered over both satellite & cable (iQ3/iQ4), and OTT (Go, Now, Kayo), in addition to competitive broadband & phone products. Customer, Operations & Technology is at the heart of the organsiation, the innovation hub. Over a 2 year period the team reinvented the OTT product suite, launched 2 4k(UHD) offerings, a new 'VOD first' integrated STB & UI (including Netflix & PSB aggregation), and a compelling Cricket service. Major channel & genre redesigns were delivered together with the launch of a comprehensive new pricing & packaging model, and Foxtel's first loyalty program. Through a series of investments in outstanding content, cutting edge product innovation & simple, great customer service Sky D is now a leader in the German & Austrian entertainment industry, and was purchased by Sky UK in late 2014. The company serves ca. 5m customers via Cable, Satellite, IPTV & the largest OTT multi-platform in Germany (Sky Go, Ticket, Online), providing a range of services through which customers can view sparkling HD content, whenever & wherever they want. The Product & Operations team formed the 'engine room' of the company, an exceptional group comprising ca. 2500 people. It included a Customer Service function (2 inhouse & 6 outsourced Contact Centres), a global Supply Chain & Procurement operation, Facilities Management, IT, Broadcast Technology/R&D, Product Development and a rapidly expanding Business Solutions team (which managed all B2B sales & marketing activity for bars, hotels, clubs etc.).
