  • NGOSS (FrameWorX) Evangelist, Trainer & Implementer at MP Billing
    2008 - 2011 · 3 yrs

MP Billing is a consulting company specializing in IT for the Telecom sector. NGOSS (New Generation Operation Software and Services – recently changed to FrameWorX) is a framework for telecom organizations, led by the TMF (Telecom Management Forum). I preach, train and accompany the migration of NGOSS frameworks in several organizations. In the past year I have helped a green-field mobile company design its future architecture according to NGOSS, using eTOM as the main process guidance, SID as the information model and TAM to decide on the best solution for the company. I accompanied a triple-play operator in the process of migrating to NGOSS from a legacy solution, and helped fine-tune the architecture for a well-established mobile operator according to NGOSS guidelines. In charge of training customers and leading a migration process to NGOSS/FrameWorX. Including: • Lecturing in conferences and other events on OSS&BSS, TMF, NGOSS and FrameWorX. • Define OSS&BSS telecom process for different type of operators. • Close work with C level management and IT team. • Utilize eTOM, SID and TAM guidance.
