We must redesign learning so human creativity, judgment, and voice become more valuable, not less. I serve as a Program Specialist for Career Education and Workforce Innovation in Santa Ana Unified School District, where I help design career pathways, industry partnerships, and instructional systems that prepare students for a rapidly changing workforce. My work focuses on three areas: • AI integrated learning that amplifies student thinking rather than replacing it • Career education that connects classrooms to real economic opportunity • Project based learning environments where students create real work for real audiences As a classroom teacher, I helped strengthen Cinematic Arts pathways through strategic design improvements that connected filmmaking, literacy, special education, alternative education, and workforce development through project based learning. Through this work I developed the Amplify Your Voice framework. The idea is simple. The strongest indicators of learning are human signals. Iteration. Reflection. Collaboration. Creative risk. Student voice. AI should amplify these signals, not erase them. Today I work with teachers, administrators, and community partners to design learning environments where students produce meaningful work, engage real audiences, and graduate with both voice and opportunity. If you are working at the intersection of AI in education, deeper learning, creative career pathways, or new models of work based learning, I would welcome the chance to connect and exchange ideas
