Prepare financial reporting packages for 48 commercial and mix used properties total over 2 million square feet while maintain high satisfaction feedback from clients. Handle CRA and external audit requests to ensure accurate and timely filing for clients and shareholders. Collaborate with Senior Directors to develop more effective hiring process through preparing technical interview questions and Excel tests and successfully hired 9 accountants with various experiences. Lead special projects such as setting up recoveries reconciliation to be done automatically using Yardi, standardizing month end reporting templates and procedures, training accountants and operation team on budgeting process. Collaborate with upper management on implementing new Yardi system, modules and account tree then train accounting department on new Yardi processes. Collaborate with asset management team and operation team to optimize assets NOI through continuously providing insight to the effect of OPEX, CAPEX, TI/LC and leasing recoveries. Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for 68 retail and commercial properties with rigid deadline. Complete year end reconciliation and annual budget for over 300 retail and commercial tenants across different geographic regions, with less than 10 revisions. Reconcile and maintain accuracy of financial statements, tax filing, tenant ledgers and bank activities with absolute accuracy.
