Working in an exciting fast-paced business with a range of talent from young athletes to global top-tier talent. Some of my responsibilities include: Creative - Working closely with talent to create engaging and creative campaigns to build their profiles and share important messages. Feeding into the commercial team to create exciting and captivating ideas for activations for brands, always looking from a new innovative angle. Working with our in-house production team to bring new concepts and projects to the table. Digital - Managing both of the company social media accounts KIN Partners & KIN Football, coming up with new creative content whilst managing schedules, engagement and briefs for new designs with our in-house Art director. Working with talent at all levels to help manage their accounts, suggest content and advise on platform algorithms and metrics. Brand - Working directly with charities and brands to help executive campaigns and align companies to talents messaging. Finding new media opportunities for our talent to take part in from Youtube series to magazine covers and podcasts. Building new opportunities across our young upcoming athletes to working with our established talent to reach new markets.
Working amongst a much larger team, the internship was all about learning how the world of TV works from the inside and understanding the different dynamics that makes ITV so successful. Some of my responsibilities included: Campaign Operations - Learning the ropes of advertising and ensuring brands content is performing and set to the right market. Finding new angles to keep customers happy whilst managing schedules. Marketing - Working amongst a creative team to create new concepts which fit the brands target markets and ambitions. Spending the majority of my time working with Pampers on a successful project that spread a positive message whilst increasing consumer purchases through TV advertising.
An interesting challenge working among a talented team on projects for MTV and other firms. I supported designers on animations and helped design pieces for various TV firms. It was a great challenge and sneak peek into the world of TV and design
