Manage the professional nurse tutoring team, fostering relationships with nursing faculty and students to improve student success through the course of the program. Additionally, I will support students with NCLEX preparation by implementing strategies to reduce barriers and student gaps in completion of state licensure requirements.
Assist with students on a 1:1 or in group settings reinforcing nursing concepts across the Bachelors of Science in Nursing curriculum. Collaborate with nursing faculty, curriculum development specialist, and organizational leaders improving student outcomes. Lead and collaborate with campus student learning specialists assisting with canvas navigation, student resources dissemination, and guide for campus new hires.
In this role I provided didactic and clinical instruction to students in the following course: Pathophysiology, Fundamentals, Health Assessment, Adult Health, and Community Health Nursing.
