Co-led and oversaw daily operations for a leading wholesale ice cream supplier in New England, managing a team of 47 employees across production, logistics, and distribution. Streamlined supply chain operations by introducing strategic inventory management practices, leading to a measurable increase in summer sales and overall efficiency. Collaborated with ownership to manage and strengthen vendor relationships; assisted in contract negotiations and conducted regular performance reviews to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supplier network. Helped lead the modernization of legacy systems by integrating new technologies, helping transform the business into a more scalable, customer-responsive operation. Gained hands-on experience in human resources, team leadership, operations management, and customer/vendor relations—directly complementing my academic studies in business management and deepening my commitment to leadership and organizational development.
