• Managed Amazon delivery station processes in order to sort, stow, and deliver over 50,000 packages to customers daily • Developed over 200 Amazon Associates by training and completing audits to increase sortation efficiency and reduce labor costs • Created and led special project focused on quality to reduce amount of delayed, damaged, and missing packages processed daily • Extracted and compiled associate and package data to deep dive root causes of inaccuracies and pinpoint areas of opportunity
