Meet daily production goals and prioritize company's business needs to stay competitive on the electronics/accessories digital marketplace. Build upon repair experience and provide assistance to other repair and QA techs, finding ways to improve repair efficiency and minimize costly errors.
Troubleshooting, technical support and accurate, timely repairs with a focus on Apple products as a certified technician at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Receives check-ins at front desk or over calls, performs diagnostic tests and sets personalized expectations with customers for both repair and product sales. Helps organize and process dozens of repair orders in the queue each week over a diverse product line ranging from smart watches to desktop iMacs.
Ensure the safety of employees and visitors by administering screening questions and temperature checks before allowing admission to the building Work within a diverse, inclusive team with other client service providers incl. GSS Answer basic questions about the screening policies and escalate to management as needed
