I build strategic, values-led partnerships between philanthropists, foundations, and teams delivering life-changing programmes around the world. Since 2023, I’ve helped secure over six-figure funding across UK refugee and international development programmes, including leading a multi-year partnership with the Alstom Foundation supporting a women’s employment programme in Ukraine. “The [Back to Work] project successfully implemented by World Jewish Relief is fully aligned with the Foundation’s efforts to improve women's employability and support their economic and social development. In the context of the war in Ukraine, it is inspiring to see those women recover from trauma, regain strength and resources to rebuild their lives.” - Anne-Cécile Barbier, General Secretary, Alstom Foundation When working with me, you can expect: - Honest, transparent collaboration that leads to stronger outcomes for both funders and communities. - Regular conversations between funders and programme staff, sharing behind-the-scenes insights and real challenges. - Thoughtful spaces to shape strategies for long-term success and continued improvement. With the Alstom Foundation, this has grown into: - Opportunities for staff to meet programme participants and programme staff. - Meaningful employee engagement, including skills-based volunteering in ways that are relevant and impactful. And as someone with lived experience of migration and experience working on programmes supporting displaced communities, I bring a personal and practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the refugee and international development space.
