Main objective of the research: Genetic mutations are one of the cause of brain tumours. The aim was identify how these mutations can be acquire and how could affect to the malignancy. For that we were using the new and revolutionary technic of CRISPR/Cas to do precise engineer of the DNA. Main Responsabilities: − Design and conduct experiments - Analyse results and data. - Abstract preparation for presentation in scientific community (workshops, symposia, congress) - Preparation of publication for peer-reviewed journals. - Power Point presentation to present results to scientific community. - Supervise PhD and Master students. - Write grants projects for National and International funding. - Reviewer of Neuroscience peer-reviewed journals.
