Responsible for contributing to the development of research on current issues in Environmental Law. Additionally, I support the organization of events and academic activities related to postgraduate programs in this field.
Collaborated on teaching Constitutional Law courses (30+ undergraduate students), focusing on human rights, constitutional litigation, citizen participation mechanisms, among other topics.
Managed more than 20 cases in Administrative, Environmental, and Constitutional Law, advising clients (individuals and companies) in administrative proceedings before state entities and in judicial actions before the Colombian Administrative Jurisdiction.
Academic and administrative support to Pr. Lina Muñoz for the seminar on Constitutional Law at the Rosario University's Law School, Colombia. Main responsibilities: 1. Delivered academic reinforcement sessions to 40 students, covering topics related to Colombian Constitutional Law, including its history, constitutional actions, human rights theory, constitutional review mechanisms, among others. 2. Assisted in evaluating class assignments, recording grades, and monitoring students' individual academic situations.
I supported the Acquisitions Group at the Colombian Ministry of Defense in managing contracting processes. This experience enabled me to acquire experience in the field of public management and strengthening my knowledge of Administrative and Contract Law. Main responsibilities: 1. Reviewing contracts' initiation and closure reports. 2. Drafting internal designation memorandums for the management and structuring of contracting processes within the organization. 3. Assisting in the preparation of documents related to contracting activities, among other related tasks.
Legal Clinic focused on strategic litigation for the protection of public interest and the rights of vulnerable communities through constitutional and administrative actions, as well as national and international advocacy in citizen participation forums. Main responsibilities: 1. Monitored over eleven (11) judicial and administrative cases involving the protection of human rights and environmental rights. Provided legal advisory services with a differential approach to communities facing socioeconomic vulnerability. 2. Contributed to drafting legal documents for national courts (Council of State, Constitutional Court, among others) and international tribunals (Inter-American Court of Human Rights, among others). 3. Assisted in organizing human rights education workshops for vulnerable populations. 4. Supported the creation of human rights-related content for the podcast "Ciudadanos en acción" (Citizens in Action) and social media platforms, such as X and Instagram.
