Vinmar International is a global marketing, distribution and project development company that operates on plastics and chemicals via 50 offices servicing more than 100 countries and territories. •Responsible from supplying the goods via maritime transportation from USA, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Singapore and via truck from Belgium and France by contacting with supplier in Prag for the ETDs and ETAs and with the document team in Dubai for the necessary original documents. • In direct communication with the clients in Turkey and informing them about the delivery time, shipment processes and following up the payments according to the terms agreed on. • Requesting account team for issuing the invoices and compliance team for approval of compliance of the vessels both are operating in India. •Collaborating cross-functionally with finance team in USA to have smooth letter of credit processes and to control payments of customers, assess problems and avoid overdue.
Import Processes • Monitoring critical stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Preparation of annual forecasts, realization control of forecasts. • Coordinating procurement activities starting from placing the order to the suppliers from Europe, from USA and Japan and asking for the readiness of the goods on confirmed delivery dates. • Determining the transportation type by analyzing the estimated cost & urgency inputs and collecting offers from forwarders and deciding on which will be chosen. •Following certain deadlines; loading date, departure, arrival, and time spent in the customs clearance processes. •Providing inbound cost calculations related to the product’s HS Code group • Preparing and closing files for market surveillance inspections from the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology Provincial Directorates and negotiations with ministries and associations on new or existing laws/regulations/anti-dumping issues *Running reports to directors and general coordinator (monthly and upon the demand) Export Processes • Ensuring readiness of materials and products on time. Taking the necessary actions to eliminate any delays in loadings by working in coordination with the warehouse and logistics company. • Depending on the delivery term, organizing external transportation with the optimal company which gave the best price. Planning and tracking international logistics. • Preparing the export document set in the highlights of customer notifications and submitting it to the customs company. • Following up on the delivery process of packages to customers. Coordinating with the customs company until import and export declarations are closed.

With an aim to initiate and contribute to platforms of discussions, MURCIR has so far taken a keen interest in post-1990 Balkan issues, Greco-Turkish relations, conflict resolution in the Middle East, Turkey's relations with the EU, foreign policy analysis of recent Turkish governments, global politicization of ethnicity, re-evaluation of international relations paradigms, and finally international migration.Me and my friends worked with the aim of contributing these interest areas.We arranged '' Wednesday Talks and Panels'' with the participation of academicians, experts and journalists and an international conference, '' Alternative Approaches to International Relations: Turkey and Beyond''.
