Controlling and standardization of all career management and recruitment processes. Determining talent pool and succession planning. Assessment Center and Development Center execution (including analizing personal reports and feedback sessions) Determining career paths for employees, especially junior talent on their short, mid, long term career planning. Development programs execution in colaboration with Universities.(Executive MBA, Corporate MBA etc.) Creating employer branding strategies and managing projects to attract both internal and external talent Leading HR Analytics projects, increasing HR internal IS efficiency Cooperation with universities and organization of career events Managing a team of 4
Preparing all salary & promotion offers Responsible for the annual salary increase process Providing data for benchmark studies and salary surveys (HAY Group, IMA Consulting, etc.) Analyzing salary survey results and implementing them into the company salary structure Conducting reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data Responsible for the periodic Bonus System aligned to Performance Appraisal System and branch/corporate profits Designing and implementing employee benefits programs and/or reviewing and maintaining existing programs Improvement of HR processes and SAP HR Module implementation
