Eğitimim süresince kendimi etkili iletişim, mülakat teknikleri ve grup çalışmalarına uygunluk konularında geliştirdim. Özellikle problem çözme, analiz edebilme, analitik düşünme ve insan ilişkilerinde motive edici proaktif yaklaşımımın çalışma hayatında da bana yardımcı olduğunu düşünüyorum. I worked as a Talent Attractor in the Talent Strategy & Career Center team. As a consulting company, I recruited intensively. I also provided support in performance evaluation, career collaborations, intern and new graduate programs, employee satisfaction and loyalty. I actively used the SAP HR recruitment system and Peoplise.
I mainly did recruitment. I also took an active role in corporate branding, internal communication, performance evaluation processes, and the execution of the intern program. I worked with agile methodologies by running weekly sprints. I used Logo HR, Peoplise, HrVenue and MS Office programs extensively.
