Strategic procurement leader orchestrating circular economy innovation at Amazon. I lead the Procurement for Good (P4G) pillar and built the Waste to Worth program, transforming operational waste into community value across Amazon globally. I spent my career in global category management, designing strategy and programs for worldwide regions, always positioning myself a few steps removed from operations where I excel at building and designing the frameworks overarching the full supply chain and product set up. In 2025, I leaned into the part of me that wants to drive procurement as a force for positive impact. This is when I returned to Amazon's Global Procurement Organization after one year at DHL, but this time as part of GPO Community Impact team and as the lead for the Procurement for Good pillar, where I focus on building the strategy of how procurement can be a force for good. As part of responsible procurement, the role of procurement extends beyond current industry standards. In the Waste to Worth program specifically, it includes product life post internal use. In this role, I develop policies, processes, and impact measurement methodologies, establish charity onboarding protocols, and create the global infrastructure that enables sustained impact at scale with the goal to drive waste reduction internally by transforming operational waste into social and community worth through directing products towards local charities and NGOs who need it and value it most
