As a Team Leader of Billing customer service I oversee the day-to-day functions of our team. I conduct direction and guidance to employees so that they can be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current as well as I delegate responsibilities and tasks. I Carry out administrative functions and help develop our standards, technologies and methods. I´ve been involved with many projects related to invoicing such as system migration, development of e-invoicing and billing engine, quality management and also development of our customer satisfaction.
