I am an intelligent and articulate individual who delights in the well-being and happiness of those around me. I love dynamic and engaging environments. I am always drawn to environments where ideas and the exchange of knowledge is paramount. I am a bit whimsical but have worked to balance this with a touch of the practical. I am focused on completing my goals. I am a Printer. I create unique and limited edition fine arts prints. I have been making art for my whole life. Now I get paid to do what I love.
I was responsible for the daily running of the restaurant. Managed the Ordering and up keep of liqueur inventory. Managed the front and back of house employes, assigning tasks and positions, as well as, following up on daily cleaning and maintenance. Ensured that proper cooking and safety practices were followed. Focused on the development and enrichment of our staffs knowledge and skills in guest satisfaction and hospitality practices. Excelled in creating a feeling of family with in the staff and guest communities of the restaurant.
I was a key member of the severing staff. I was responsible for the bulk of new server training in the restaurant. I was responsible for teaching basic skill commiserate to the care and service of food and guest hospitality in accord to the TGIFriday's server standards. Including adherence to the Steps of Service and the Code of Conduct. It was also my responsibility to stand as a example of the standard associated with excellence in Guest Service.
