- S/4 HANA Power User/SME to help drive adoption and provide post go-live support - Lead the post go-live support activities - Support the design and governance of financial master data - Support the design of General Ledger reporting processes - Partner with base business finance teams to lead master data Profiling, Cleansing, and Harmonization activities - Communicate project impacts on data standards to the finance data steward organization to ensure compliance and unlock broad data interpretation - Lead various testing cycles - Provide input on business process scenarios, user stories, product features, and acceptance criteria - Partner with IT and 3rd party consultants to develop testing scripts - Partner with 3rd party consultants to lead change management
- Member of global Center of Excellence, established to help secure and maximize external funding and resource opportunities for J&J - Ensure consistency and compliance in contracts and grants across the global organization - Support the submission of new potential governmental (or NGO) grants and associated contracts - BARDA, NIH, DOD, H2020, Horizon Europe, EIT, VLAIO, IMI, IHI, MSCA, ... - Secure full alignment with project teams and finance partners

- Member of Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS) & Inventory team - Calculate product cost for Geel plant and Beerse Sourcing products - Take ownership of the month-end closing process and perform variance analyses - Liaise with Janssen Supply Chain Finance on all COGS related issues - Maintain material master data in ERP2 (SAP MM and CO) - Provide assistance for internal / external audits - Project support - Organize yearly Finance Day for +300 internal finance professionals
