Spare Parts Management and Logistics for BD LifeScience Technical Service for the EMEA region. Enabler between Operations, Repair Centers, Supply Chain, US counterparts and Technical Service Leadership. Contributing to manage spare parts expenses of ~20M $ for Biosciences and Diagnostics Solutions. Managing outsourced partnership for Centralized Technical Service Office Team in Poland, supporting the spare part operations. Strong enabler to achieve +5M $ of spare part savings in 2025.
Responsible for all logistical operations out of the Belgian and UK warehouses (inhouse and outsourced) supporting the European and Middle East activities. Set up the operations to support global business with cold chain deliveries into Africa, Australia, New-Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan.
Leading the Customer Service Teams in Brussels, Paris, Barcelona, Rome and Stockholm supporting the EMEA region in both direct and indirect markets. Responsible for the order to cash process, contract administration, service/instrument/reverse logistics supporting a revenue stream of $ 250M. Managing logistical operations with 3PL located in Belgium and UK. Largely contributed in two major integrations of the operational teams of acquired businesses in the diagnostics world. Developed operational dashboards to create full visibility on order management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the order/contract administration as well as for the inventory levels of spare parts in European warehouses in order to meet customers SLA's. Coordinating the E&O process with support from service engineers and finance director. Managing the operational processes with the 3PL through EDI connection.
Assisting the Purchasing Director by placing orders with suppliers and organize delivery to the BeLux stores. Maintaining the article Master Data, organize New Product Introduction and communication to all relevant stakeholders., coordinate store refurbishments for new concepts, complaint handling, etc.
Supporting and delivering 200+ stores in Benelux, France and Switzerland out of the Belgian Cutting & Distribution Center. Main responsibilities : order management, coordinating warehouse activities and logistics to final delivery.
