I'm a graduate of the Istanbul Technical University Management Engineering Programme, currently working as a Business Analyst at Halkbank via RDC Partner. Through my university years, I have been a start-up founder or team leader. All those experiences allowed me to develop strategic planning, analytical thinking, and marketing skills.
Starting from July 2025, I have been working as a Business Analyst for Halkbank via RDC Partner. At Halkbank, I have been the main business analyst for their new subsidiary banks' administrative and legal collection processes. My main responsibilities for this project consist of designing and creating business analyses, managing stored procedures, conducting tests, and managing communications between banking teams, development teams, and third-party consultants.
Since September 2024, I have been working as a business analyst in Garanti BBVA Technology's Living Credits Team. Our team's responsibilities include all non-commercial credit and overdraft account life cycles; including payment plan changes, collections, interest calculations, etc.
After promoting from mid-level analyst to analyst my tasks didn't change but they have become more broad. I work as the main business analyst in the E-Wallet and Prepaid Card project. I have started to take more active role in analyzing new development request and project management of the project.
My team (Platform and Business Solutions) is the main development team on the new projects that QNB FB ventures into. The three main projects that my team works on are Service Banking, Digital Assistant and E-Wallet/Prepaid Card. As a business analyst I work mostly on the QNB FB's new E-Wallet and Prepaid Card Project. My main tasks are analyzing new development requests, doing tests of new developments, attending production environment bugs, controlling the third party firms developments and assisting in project management.
While working as marketing specialist at Mobisis Teknoloji, my responsibilities were planing and executing traditional and digital marketing activities and managing social media accounts of Mobisis Tekonloji and other two group firms, Proserv Teknoloji Hizmetleri and Veranet Teknoloji.
