After graduating from the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations, Ertuğrul began his career in the advertising operations at Netbook Media, one of Turkey's largest digital networks. He then transitioned to the position of Sales Manager within the same company, where he focused on clients in the Construction and Automotive sectors. Subsequently, he held Sales Director positions at media companies such as Ciner and Demirören. He continued to leverage his expertise in the field at Admatic, Turkey's largest advertising network. Adapting to the rising e-commerce trend during the pandemic, he served as the Sales Manager at Cimri.com, a pioneering price comparison site. Currently, he leads the sales team at Tvekstra, Turkey's largest sales network in the connected TV market.
