I was responsible for the design of the fuel transportation system from the fuel tank to the engine including all the in-between parts. Generation of 3D and 2D drawings were also under my responsibility. Beside designing, also the product management in SAP was a part of the job. • Gained experience with CATIA and 3D design concept. • Designed and reviewed the fuel transportation system of Evobus Buses. • Completed different 2D drawings of the designed assembly and parts. • Successfully finished an system cleanup project in which old assembly and parts to be deleted from Daimler system in 3 months. The project was planned for 2 years.
During my 2 years of occupation at FEV, I worked in many projects from geometry cleanup, meshing and to simulation process. Also fixing the boundary conditions and defining the best solution method was another exciting work. • Learned the details of FEM, CFD, FEA Process • Closely worked with Star CCM+ for CFD • Worked with different type of meshes (Hexa, tetra, polyhedral etc). • Hypermesh, Abaqus, Hyperview experience gained. • Successfully submitted the Master thesis in CFD area and graduated from Fachhoschule Aachen • Used extensively the automation process (macros) to automate the simulation process
