I am an operations executive with more than 25 years of experience helping growing organizations translate complexity into scalable execution. Throughout my career, I have built and strengthened international teams, organizational structures and business operations across software, technology and transformation environments. Most of my work has focused on organizations where growth, change or increasing complexity started to outpace execution and where stronger structure, accountability and operational leadership were needed to scale effectively. My experience spans operational leadership, organizational transformation, P&L responsibility and the development of multidisciplinary organizations across business, services and technology. What motivates me most is helping organizations become more effective as they grow.
