Compile and supply QHSE information and documents during bidding phases.
Performed QA/QC activities, ensuring that all facilities are built safely and technically sound. Liaise with all departments or representatives, for preparation of component / equipment overhaul and installation Conduct baseline and continuous on-stream inspection surveys of facilities. Accept or reject components inspected in consultation with the appropriate Engineers. Providing Inspection recommendations during plant shutdown, (planning, inspection, and choice of repair procedures, Materials, Manpower, and Equipment. Training local personnel in QA/QC Inspection skills and technique's. Scheduling inspector's work lists Indicating work to be carried out during shutdowns. Finalizing Inspection reports for Certification if applicable, on completion and verification of work completed within accordance to the statutory requirements and procedures
Evaluating and Resolving Metallurgical problems for Dissimilar Materials, i.e. (316L to 3.5% Nickel) Evaluation and acceptance of welding procedures for Cryogenic Tanks and Ethane Tank construction in 9%Nickle General review of NDT Reports for final documentation completion and acceptance during construction Auditing and Inspection of all Sub-Contractor activities, during prefabrication in the UK and Europe for the installation Of Piping Systems, Pre-assembled pipe racks, Vessel Dressing, Structural Steel fabrication, and site Installation Supervising and Reviewing Final Documentation packages for hand over to Statoil.
