Es Ingeniero Civil Electricista de la Universidad de Chile, MBA de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez y Diplomado en Evaluación y Gestión de Proyectos de la Universidad de Chile. Posee más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector eléctrico, desempeñándose en empresas de Generación y Transmisión. Durante el año 1998 y parte de 1999, fue secretario del Directorio del CDECSIC. En 1999 ingresó al CDECSIC - conformado ese año como organismo independiente de las empresas -, en el cargo de Jefe del Depto. de Planificación de la Operación. Desde 2005 a 2016, ha desempeñado el cargo de Subdirector de Operación. Ocupó el cargo de Director de Operaciones (I) del CDECSIC, entre julio de 2013 y octubre de 2014. Desde 2017 a 2022 fue Gerente de Operación y desde mayo de 2022 hasta marzo de 2026 ocupa el cargo de Director Ejecutivo en el Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional. Actualmente es Consultor en Planificación, Operación y Mercados Eléctricos Mr. Huber is Electrical Engineer from Universidad de Chile and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has over 30 years of experience in the electricity sector in Chile, working in generation and transmission companies. He is currently Professor in the Master of Energy Economics from Universidad Santa María. In 1998, he was secretary of the Board of Directors CDEC-SIC (Chilean ISO). In 1999 he started to work in the CDEC-SIC - formed that year as an independent agency of the companies - in the position of Head of the Planning Operation Department. From 2005 - 2016, he was a Deputy Director of Operations. From 2017 to 2022 he was Operation Manager of the National Electric Coordinator (New Chilean ISO). From May 2022 until March-2026, he was the CEO at National Electric Coordinator. Currently is Energy Consultant (expert in Planning, Operations and Market in the Electric Industry)
