From sep 1, 2024 JR Petroleum, Aviation Depot Manager Lead the commissioning of the new aviation depot from start to operational Delivery. Prepare and document all test results and inspection reports in a structured and auditable manner. Monitor and ensure inspection and verification of refuellers and fixed installations on standard checklists. Monitor and ensure maintenance work, diagnosed technical issues, and provide timely resolution. Develop an Employee Master Training Matrix to adhere to and allow staff competence developpement. Conduct training for Depot operation staff, Stock management staff, Into-plane fueling staff. Perform operational incident investigation & close out the recommendation. Organize, perform, and document fire drill reports according to safety procedures.
