• Spearheading 3PM operations for Sc Johnson. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects, including the onboarding of new suppliers. • Overseeing the procurement of raw and packaging materials. • Coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management. • Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, Savings, PPV, SRM, Cash & PT, PPM, material rejections, contingent liabilities (assets & molds), pricing, investments. • Overseeing tender management processes for raw and packaging components. • Global shortage management for raw and packaging materials across diverse countries
• Overseeing and managing the SC Johnson client account. • Implementing operational procurement activities in the Menapt region. • Sourcing raw and packaging materials from diverse countries and conducting tender processes.
• Analyzing and communicating robust inventory health metrics to both internal and external stakeholders. • Strategizing order delivery plans to enhance inventory and warehouse management. • Generating and presenting monthly reports to the department and headquarters for both internal and external audiences. • Oversight of stock area control, planning, and budgeting initiatives. • Implementing inventory optimization strategies for raw materials, work in process, and finished goods. • Compiling and delivering daily and monthly reports for inventory evaluations. • Forecasting raw material needs based on the annual production plan. • Managing the procurement of raw materials. • Coordinating transportation logistics for overseas suppliers and overseeing third-party logistics (3PL). • Proactively addressing obsolescence and shortage issues within the inventory management framework.
• Providing comprehensive project progress updates to all project members. • Acting as a primary liaison between the purchasing department and suppliers, maintaining communication with internal and external contacts. • Ensuring the accurate upkeep of the Renault order management system. • Exercising control over stock and stock areas specifically for returnable packaging. • Initiating the setup of new logistics flows for various Renault plants. • Calculating returnable packaging requirements for new projects and overseeing the profitability of returnable flows. • Optimizing packaging strategies for newly introduced components. • Managing activities related to container filling rates, ensuring optimal packaging for efficient filling. • Collaborating on the design of new packaging tailored to vehicle parts. • Assisting the purchasing team in the supplier selection process. • Working closely with the quality and purchasing teams for the technical and economic validation of new logistics flows. • Preparing and presenting monthly reports to both the department and headquarters. • Monitoring and reporting monthly profitability of returnable flows to headquarters. • Calculating and reporting annual packaging requirements based on production forecasts to headquarters. • Addressing all packaging needs within the Groupe Renault logistics networks.
