I work at the intersection of technical climate analysis, methodology development, and practical implementation. Currently, I work as a senior advisor within climate and sustainability at Vill Energi. There, I deliver life cycle assessments and climate analyses for clients in construction and real estate. I lead a research project on plastic reduction in the building sector, and I support clients on climate risk, CSRD reporting, and on achieving FutureBuilt ambitions. My work is both technical and applied and I have worked with combining quantitative, qualitative analysis and strategic advice during my career. I have developed emission factors and LCA methodology for sectors where none previously existed, and scaled climate tools to thousands of users. I spent two years working on developing the Green Producers Tool, a sector-wide and life cycle based climate accounting and planning tool for the cultural and creative industries. This tool is now used by 1 600 users across several countries in Europe. Before this, I built up climate accounting and green production practices at NRK as their first dedicated advisor in this field. Delivering LCA and climate advisory services for clients in construction and real estate, combining technical analysis with strategic implementation. - Leading a research project on plastic reduction in the building and construction sector, funded by Handelens Miljøfond, coordinating cross-disciplinary collaboration across multiple stakeholders and suppliers - Developing plastic criteria and a plastic index measurement tool together with FutureBuilt. Climate tech startup developing the Green Producers Tool, an LCA-based climate accounting platform for the cultural and creative industries. - Responsible for developing and maintaining emission factors across categories including transport, energy, food and drink, consumables, and equipment.
