Collaborate with product architect and product marketing teams to translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criterias for the development teams to implement Interact with and fully understands end users and their needs by retrieving feedbacks. Has a deep understanding of customer problems and identifies opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles and ship high-quality features at the end of each sprint in an agile development process. Determine and drive the MVP (minimal viable product). Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our partners Manage both internal and external product development teams (vendor management) Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams Develop KPI concepts, dashboards and measure the impact of newly released features with Data-Driven mindset. Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases and produce documentation and training to support stakeholders.
Manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation Serve as a voice to project the expectations of customers on new or already existing products Highlight product features in a manner clearly understandable to the development team Conduct backlog grooming meetings with analysts and scrum team Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement, as well as to scrum team Monitor the progress of product development, as well as plan for product release Manage both internal and external product development teams (vendor management) Contact customers and end users to obtain information on expected product features Provide reports to update management and stakeholders on product development operations Analyze usage data of product features and determine points those will be focused and improved to add more value into product Analyze customer opinions and feedback to determine features or components those will add good value to a product Constantly exchange ideas with product owners within the organization Measure product performance as well as value delivered to clients in order to make adjustments where necessary Ensure implemented product features add value to end users and increase company returns.
