Chemical engineer with 4-year experience in project and process engineering in power and oil & gas sector. I have managed high-profile projects, conducted technical due diligence for energy, renewable and oil & gas projects and responsible with various process deliverables for FEED and Detail Design stage projects. - Feed verification study and process simulation using Aspen Hysys to perform utility, hydraulic calculations and safety calculations. - Preparing process simulations, performance calculations and heat&mass balances using Aspen HYSYS, Thermoflow/GT Pro. - Preparing process deliverables such as PFD/P&ID's, equipment lists, line lists, process and equipment datasheets, process description, basis of design. - Making calculation for process design such as equipment sizing (vessel, pump, orifice, NPSH, heat exchanger, compressor, separator, instrument air, KO Drum, TEG Gas Treatment Unit, MDEA Gas Sweetening Unit), line sizing, pressure drop, preparation of specifications and material selection for plant requirements. - Review of vendor engineering documents. - Familiar with the API and ASME Standards.
