Build and manage a portfolio of tours, activities and attraction products in North America to provide to Chinese OTAs and the rapidly growing inbound Chinese independent tourist market. Collaborate with multiple business customers in greater China to launch products and manage daily operations. Led development of EMC’s three annual corporate Sustainability Reports by developing a reporting strategy, collaborating with 80+ internal and external stakeholders, monitoring data collection, drafting content, and communications (website development, report layout design, social media engagement, localization and translation, etc.) Managed EMC’s corporate water reporting and developed six annual CDP Water Disclosure Reports. Built and managed EMC’s sustainability management system. Organized cross-functional Sustainability Leadership Council meetings to drive collaboration and set sustainability program priorities and goals. Managed EMC’s internal and external sustainability website and social media community.
Gathered information for EMC Sustainability Report, CDP report and internal website. Responded to customer and investor CSR/ sustainability questionnaires; Responded to the annual Dow Jones Sustainability Index and other industry ratings; Developed metrics to evaluate sustainability program prioritization. Developed an online employee engagement platform to drive employee engagement and collaboration. Coordinated efforts for the company’s annual innovation competition on environmental stewardship challenges. Launched a global online environmental sustainability training for all 60,000+ employees. Led the first global EcoKids Drawing Contest and produced book with 400+ participants’ artwork.
Monitored the health and velocity of the Sales Pipeline by projecting and analyzing multiple operational and financial metrics, and provided strategic advice on marketing campaigns and general business decisions. Performed risk assessment by analyzing customer’s IT infrastructure and business requirement to pursue new and advance existing business opportunities in East/ Central China Region. Communicated with customers, Microsoft Solutions groups, account teams and partners to sort out suitable products and solutions; provided feedback to Microsoft product groups to optimize customer satisfaction. Established the first internal Microsoft certifications testing center in Greater China Region; Managed overall operation and monitored more than 250 exams for 180 Microsoft employees in eight months.
