Als (interim) programma manager, coach, sparringspartner, circulaire expert denk en bouw ik graag met je mee bij het ontwikkelen van plannen, projecten, programma’s en de samenwerkingsnetwerken er om heen om zo continue te werken aan het vergroten van de positieve circulaire impact van jouw product of dienstverlening en help ik je de impact van je eigen bedrijfsvoering te minimaliseren. Je kunt hierbij denken aan ; • Een inspiratiesessies of workshops organiseren en begeleiden; om bewustwording en draagvlak voor circulariteit van jouw product en/of dienst te vergroten. • Strategie en programma ontwikkeling; begeleiden van visie vorming, strategie ontwikkeling en lange termijn doelen stellen • Stakeholdermanagement, mapping, power-influence grid. • Programma ontwikkeling, plan ontwikkeling, opzetten en initiëren van bijbehorende projecten en/of programma’s om langdurige impact te realiseren. Mijn drive Het doorgronden van de uitdaging. Ik vind het belangrijk om bij de start, het vraagstuk/ de opdracht echt te doorgronden samen met de mensen die betrokken zijn. Dit zorgt ervoor dat we gezamenlijk tot de kern komen van wat er moet gebeuren met wie (stakeholdermangement). As the global leader for Sustainable Operations and Community Engagement, I was responsible for developing the strategy, targets and program for making our own company more sustainable. We offer sustainable solutions to our clients and we practice what we preach by doing the same within our own company. I managed the program activities together with a network of colleagues across the regions in Latin America, North Amercia, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia I created and managed the network for sustainability colleagues across the globe. Supporting and empowering them to roll out the Arcadis sustainability strategy in their region. I used the network, one on one meetings, monthly group conference calls, social chat groups (whatsapp group) for knowledge sharing, inspiration and trouble shouting. By bringing together the colleagues (staff, consultants, sales, HR, finance etc…) they learned from each other. They got a better understanding of the challenges others were facing and the possible solutions. It helped increase the overall impact and result as a global team.
Projects: - Sustainable UM 2030, University Maastricht, Sustainability Consultancy, Aug 2017 - ongoing UM has the ambition to be the front runner in Sustainable Development integrating Sustainability in Education, Research and Operations using the Sustainable Development Goals as frame of reference Together with UM, goals have been formulate for 2030, A program approach has been designed. The next step is to formulate projects and activities together with employees and students. in order to internalize sustainability and make it part of their DNA - Sustainable Procurement, RWS, Inkoop Uitvoerings Centrum Corporate Dienst , Nov - Dec 2017 We developed an instrument (Ambitieweb Duurzame Bedrijfsvoering) to help the buyers and projectowners to maken Sustainable Procurement (MVI) practical. De rijksoverheid has set targets voor Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Inkopen but how can procurement support Business Owners to buy in a more sustainable manner. We designed the tool and a plan for implementation.
At Avans the team (8 FTE) and I supported the business on integrating sustainability concepts (biobased, circular economy, inclusion etc…) in the curricula. All courses, 62 in total, received an AISHE certificate (external audit) for Sustainable Higher Education. Furthermore I developed Avans' long term CSR strategy, Sustainable Avans 2030, with goals set for 2030. The organization will strive for the further development of sustainable education and hundred percent Circular and Inclusive operations department.
