I handle all inventory that gets shipped into and out of our warehouse as well as run programs such as UPS World Ship. I handle invoices from clients and companies that are directly involved with our company.
I cut and measure all measurements required for all pvc vertical blinds as well as free hang (fabric inlay) blinds. I am also responsible for the quality of all blinds and shutters.
I ensure the highest quality of all products that ship in, ship out or get delivered by our warehouse. I ensure that clients have the product that they specifically ask for. I handle all orders for interior shutters, 2 inch - 3 inch faux wood blinds, roller shades, cellular shades, Roman shades or simply a vertical blind order. Everything we do is custom made for our clients.
I currently supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms at Daytona Inn Beach Resort. I assign duties to housekeepers and porters, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding the housekeeping department and take corrective action. I handle the purchasing of housekeeping supplies and equipment, take weekly inventories, screen applicants for hiring, train new employees, and recommend dismissals of employees. I work hand in hand with individual owners of units and discuss repairs and issues and work with the maintenance department to handle these issues accordingly.
I handled all sales calls and service calls, handled moving of furnishings from store to individual homes and businesses. I typically handled moving furniture at least 30 lbs and up at least 8 times a day. I put together store layout and design. Took exceptional care of customers and buyers.
