Working on Marriott International - The London EDITION hotel project.
I was actively involved in 7 projects, I multitasked between the projects and provided administrative assistance to the teams. I was the first point of contact to provide project documentation/ information to the client,contractors/subcontractors. I coordinated and managed all the architectural drawings and monitored all the incoming and outgoing documentation, as well as any ad hoc duties that would help the team achieve and meet the deadlines.
As a member of the cabin crew I worked long hours and with a lot of overtime. I was fully trained to provide first aid to customers as well as adhere to the airline protocol of procedures. My main duties were to provide excellent customer service to the passengers and deal with any issues during the flight. On a daily basis I would stock take and record the money intake on every flight on the 'inflight goods schedule' and report back to the supervisor and duty managers.
I provided support to the accounts department and managed all the administration for the office. I regularly updated and maintained records on the client database, in compliance with the data protection legislation. I assisted in booking equipment and crews for our client production companies. Further duties included organising the travel arrangements for the teams, I insured all the activities were coordinated, I organised team drinks and any ad hoc duties that would assist with the smooth running of the office.
