Project Coordinator responsible for a team of 45 internal members of a multi-phase corporate campus headquarters design build project, where I spearheaded the coordination of project teams to meet rapid and frequent deadlines, teamed with project leadership on client and consultant coordination logistics. I coordinated the design staff in the production of monthly client project milestone and design review presentations. Team member responsible for integrating & introducing new hire team members to client’s culture and the project. Maintained internal project calendar and inbox to ensure proper alignment of meetings and correspondence within project team. Responsible for collection and processing of consultant invoices, action lists, and drafting, distribution and archiving of meeting minutes. Our focus is to create a uniquely simple yet universally appealing design, positioning our clients for the future while effectively achieving their goals for the present. Manage an office of seven to thirteen architects where I was responsible for all general office duties, including, but not limited to, monthly client billing, accounts payable, scheduling, travel arrangements, written correspondence, reception and maintaining office needs and supplies. I maintained the vendor library and work with industry representatives to ensure the office is kept informed of the latest products and trends and assisted in the creation of marketing materials (design, layout, text and assembly) and assist in the maintenance of the company website.
