About

Erin Reynolds is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategist who currently serves as the Associate Director of DEI at Stanford Sierra Youth & Families. With over a decade of experience in workforce and leadership development, Erin has a proven track record of partnering with organizations to create inclusive cultures that not only foster talent retention but also drive business performance. Throughout her career, Erin has leveraged her public health background to scale organizational culture transformation using human-centered approaches. Her deep understanding of the societal inequities, combined with her expertise in DEI and leadership, allows her to help organizations build cultures of equity, inclusion, and belonging. By prioritizing people-centered strategies, Erin has successfully worked with leaders to design and implement practices that promote diversity, improve employee engagement, and ultimately contribute to stronger business outcomes. Before transitioning into organizational development and DEI strategy, Erin spent much of her early career in public health, where she tackled pressing issues impacting historically excluded communities, such as climate injustice, maternal health disparities, chronic disease prevention, and public policy as a driver of inequity. Her experiences have shaped her holistic approach to organizational change, emphasizing the importance of justice, repair, and community in creating environments where all individuals can thrive. Erin's work at the intersection of DEI, leadership development, and public health continues to make a profound impact, not just in the communities she serves, but also in the organizations and businesses she partners with to foster inclusive, sustainable growth.
