Manage and develop named and new accounts to achieve revenue annual revenue targets • Conduct monthly client service reviews including preparation of usage and performance reports • Work with the VP of Sales and marketing department to build and execute lead generation strategies, including social, telemarketing and email campaigns • Research competitors and stay up-to-date on industry news, trends and trainings • Work with the Development Team to bring new product to market using customer insights and industry knowledge • Work with VP and COO to refine sales tracking processes in SharePoint and CRM
