IT Operations Specialist with experience supporting large-scale global organizations through enterprise IT operations, SaaS administration, identity and access management, and 3rd line escalation support. Over the past four years at Block, I worked in a global IT organization supporting approximately 12,000 employees across multiple regions and business units. My responsibilities included administration of enterprise platforms such as Okta, Slack, MDM solutions, Google Workspace, and a broad SaaS ecosystem, as well as resolving complex technical issues that exceeded standard support workflows. IT Specialist – Block Inc. (Tidal Music) As an IT Specialist at Block Inc., I ensure seamless technical operations and support for teams across Tidal Music. My role involves troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining system functionality, and streamlining workflows to enhance productivity. I work both on-site and remotely with our colleagues and teams around the world. Probat AS has three main areas of focus. We design t-shirts for adults and sell them through our store in Løkka, our online shop, and select retailers across Norway. The t-shirts are based on silly and playful ideas we find fun, collaborations with Absurdgalleriet, and quirky nostalgia through a licensing agreement with NRK Aktivum. We are also targeting the children’s market and have designed an adorable kids’ collection, launching in November 2014. In addition to being sold in our own shop, this collection will also be available in select children’s stores. And then there’s Probat Profil, which creates custom promotional products with quality and creativity for companies that want a fresh approach to their marketing mix. We’ve earned plenty of satisfied customers here as well.
