- Manage all aspects of the company, including marketing, outreach, and development, as well as hiring new web developers with frontend development and cms integration experience. Grew the company from the starting founders to over 20 employees . - Partnered with an international digital agency to support a major US client. Handled multiple relaunches of the client's public website over the course of three years. - Partnered with a swiss digital agency to handle multiple CMS website integrations for them. Projects spanned around 3-12 months. - Worked with a major german retailer in bath supplies to relaunch their B2B platform and integrated a content management system into their Magento webstore. - Staffed and worked with the internal teams that integrated more than 15 cms systems for small to middle-sized companies with international locations
