• Manage non-SAS employee process. • Partner with HR and Managers to analyze and process contractor requests. • Work with Managers to post temporary jobs, source and recruit qualified candidates. • Coordinate with Vendor Management Company for hiring and on-boarding of temporary hires. • Analyze market and incumbent Data to determine pay rates and calculate budgets. Process new and existing work orders. • Co-manage student programs to include posting, interviewing and hiring year-round, summer, and special program students. • Attend and recruit at college career fairs for R3 (Recognize, Recruit, Retail Women and Minorities in Technology) and Software Engineering programs. • Plan and Facilitate Student Orientation, Focus Groups and Special Programs for Student Interns. • Act as mentor and main point of contact for student interns.
