Tulip Oil is a rapidly growing E&P start-up company focussed on the re-development of mature or abandoned oil and gas fields in Western Europe. Over the 4 years of its existence Tulip has acquired about 25 licenses in Germany and the Netherlands, has set up two offices, drilled 5 wells supported by some 50 mostly technical staff. The first gas development is planned to come on stream in Q1 2015.
Responsible for initiating step change improvement in safety performance of Shell's 250,000 upstream contractors.
