Leading product engineering at Sourcegraph. Working with our engineering teams and customers to define our company roadmap to bring Code Understanding, Agent Empowerment, and Outer Loop Automations to life, supporting many of the biggest enterprises on the planet to build great technology. I oversee key technical initiatives. Unblocking velocity and a fast iteration loop to build at the cutting edge together with our design partners.
I drive business-critical projects and ensure team success across multiple organizations. My focus is on fostering a high-performing engineering culture while contributing to strategic initiatives that scale and transform our platform. I actively contribute to maintaining a high standard of culture and productivity across the organization by establishing engineering-wide guidelines. I support teams in leveraging the Sourcegraph stack effectively, ensuring they operate at their best. I led a critical project to manage large-scale LLM interactions, enabling us to serve millions of Cody responses daily. This initiative has been instrumental in enhancing our AI-driven capabilities. I transformed the Source team owning core foundations from being primarily reactive, handling support tickets, to a proactive unit with a clear roadmap. This shift allowed the team to strike a balanced focus on both feature development and support work. I am currently leading a key project to evolve the enterprise Sourcegraph platform into a multi-tenant capable SaaS solution. This transformation is a critical step in scaling our offerings to meet the growing needs of our enterprise customers and other target markets.
Worked as a full-stack engineer on various parts of Sourcegraph, helping the engineering org scale from a company of 20 to 200 people. Contributed to and drove the development of the Batch Changes product. Worked with customers on a daily basis to bring the product from greenfield experiment to a product that contributed significant ARR.
Worked full-stack on a fintech platform for managing investments, payroll, and a card program. Lead developer for architecture and infrastructure, ensuring performance and security at the core for a regulated money services provider. Led performance and pen testing, scaled from a manually deployed pipeline to a fully automated CD pipeline, and built the core foundations from email sending and templating to background job queues that the business operates on today.

Worked as a full-stack developer on a platform to manage classes and time schedules for future students. I drove the feature development and migrated the project to a future-proof tech stack and made it maintainable so future collaborators can work with the project.
