With 6000 + trucks and 15000+ trailers, our late model equipment, ability to drop trailers, run trailer pools has made us a power house in this industry. Solidifying our cradle to grave approach, and our 1 point of contact method for our valued customers and carriers - our team assists with the daily endeavors in the tough, ever changing industry we work in - 24 /7. While our competition works from 8-5, our team has a mentality of do, or die - and that enthusiasm is shown on every opportunity we are given. When our drivers need us, we are there. When our valued customers need something done on the weekend - we go back and handle the situation! ***Well,after 2.1 years at USX, I put in my letter of resignation in January of 2017. Its been one heck of a ride,and frankly, the hardest part of leaving was moving away from the amazing team I had the privilege to build up, coach, guide, mentor and help grow in this industry. Whether its selling static freight on reoccurring lanes to my carriers, or looking to utilize back haulers on the lanes directly - i'm constantly looking for ways to improve supply chain. Solely off AAT's "Cradle To Grave" business model, I Grew, guided, managed and built from scratch the fastest growing branch in Company history....Grew our Denver office from 1 to 6 employees, single handedly brought in 150+ customers ( 10-15 per month) - grew them, and successfully attributed $4.4 million in sales in 15 months - $655,000 in total profit in 15 months and excelled employees to new growth levels. Literally was the "One Stop Shop" for my valued customers covering everything in my path from finding, quoting, booking, tracking, updating, communicating and delivering out loads on a daily basis - and repeated. We ran the race while our competition walked. Created a fun working environment where you could enjoy yourself all while keeping the grand picture in the forefront of your thinking. Developed new approaches to sales, customer growth, and customer retention. Realistically revamped a new sell that trickled down throughout all points. Grew and maintained current and prospective customers, handled all modes including truckload, less-than truckload (LTL), intermodal and heavy haul / specialized freight.
