    PMO, Programme Management Overview Acquired additional skills and knowledge within the areas of infrastructure design, PMO, team management, problem resolution, drawings and specifications, technical design reviews, cost control, safety and quality, construction documentation, budgeting, procurement, and client reporting. During my position at Hill International, I lead a team of 12, including design managers, architects, and MEP engineers. I manage design and project work while maintaining adherence to requirements, statutes, and laws of the local authorities (CD, RTA, DEWA, DCCA, and DM). I perform technical design reviews, encompassing potential engineering issues, usability, constructability, authority issues, and facts or figures verification. A few key achievements in this tenure include:  Ensured design approval from the UAE law to gain project construction permit as well as synchronised with contractors to share multiple operations related to checkable packages, and reviewed plans with project parties.  Led design management projects with a total GFA of 762000 sqm within pre-defined limitations of time and budget; secured 45.8 million AED for infrastructure by replacing MSE wall with embankment on the entire project.  Planned and conducted several meetings with programme manager, consultant, sub-consultant, and quantity surveyor to highlight design documentation priority for procurement purposes, assess performance of all design stages submissions, and meet construction programme requirements.  Re-designed the site-wide infrastructure in accordance with employer requirements and relevant codes of practice and approvals of Dubai Municipality, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and other statutory bodies.  Managed the activities of design team in Dubai and means of regular coordination meetings to facilitate the production of relevant design information and maintain procurement and construction programme

As a senior design manager, I introduced best practice and standardisation within the design management, and supported design teams by providing opportunities for continuous professional development. I administered RFPs, design brief and design vision, and procurement of lead consultants. The following are highlights of the value I have brought to the company:  Directed all aspects of design and project management for Four Seasons Hotel (5*), including residential and commercial elements.  Developed and monitored design management team and workflows to ensure most economic and effective use of resources and completion of projects in line with target timescales.  Served as a design manager for The Kingdom Tower Jeddah (1000m high skyscraper), and led the centrepiece and first phase of Jeddah Economic City a $20 billion mixed-use development.  Contributed in Dubai Tower development (400m high), including a 5 Star hotel, residential apartments, offices and a retail area.
